SFA offers training and staff development programs to enhance our employees' professional skills and effectiveness in their current responsibilities, as well as to broaden their knowledge and skills for future job assignments. One of the major functions of the Human Resources Department is to assist our employees in the development of their career paths. SFA regularly offers technical, nontechnical, and supervisory-managerial training opportunities. Details of our employee development programs are provided below.
SFA's primary focus is on the professionals we have hired. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and our reputation is built on the quality of work they perform. We seek to provide the best possible compensation package to attract the highest quality of professionals and to create an atmosphere for them to feel challenged and to grow professionally.
To make certain that equal opportunity is given to all candidates for employment, as well as to ensure that all personnel management policies are administered in a fair and equitable manner, SFA has an EEO/Affirmative Action Program in place.
